Mag side completely flooding out

I have an '06 600 with an slp 660 kit on it and my mag side carb is completely flooding out. So much so that I am getting raw fuel spitting out of my pipe. (it has twin pipes) I checked my carbs out and they look ok. I pulled the reeds and they looked ok too. Pulled the head off and looked at the pistons and both looked pretty good just a bit rich.
What could it be? any ideas on what to look at?

There is a hose that connects to the bottom of the crankcase usually on the mag side below the case seam line. It runs to the fuel pump to create the push/pull required to make the diaphram draw and push fuel. There may be a possibility that a membrane in your fuel pump is bad allowing excess fuel to run down this hose and fill the crankcase on the mag side.
