cant read the latest maccall snowreport are they getting any snow worth the 7 hour drive ? looking on leaving monday and riding till sat .

snow was pretty good today..nice and deep, especially were there wasn't old tracks down below...but none the less most of them are covered now.

Hi, there is lots of snow but there are lots of people too. We went out today and went where we thought we could be alone and there was people everywhere. Snow was good, maybe a little heavy but good. We tried to get up very high but got stuck a few times so just played in it. Go to

for the latest weather and grooming report for McCall and the Cascade area. Click on news for the weather. Click on grooming and then report for the update and latest grooming report. Is posted every morning about 8 am. IF, we get the report from the grooming log-ins to the sheriff dept.
Would I drive 7 or 8 hrs to play here. Your call, but I live here and it is SOOOOOO nice I don't have to make that decision.

We sure had a great day here in McCall. We have 5 more days of riding & we are looking forward to it. We drove 8 hours Saturday to get here & it was worth it.

Well we got a little more snow at the hotel last night. The Brundage report said 2" last night. Its going to be another great day of riding!
how is the snow down low? what about up top on the mountain? Has much melted or are the conditions still great? its been really warm up there lately.
low is ok to get up there. great snow we keep finding spots that aren't all torn up but they will be by the weekend

There will still be plenty of powder by the weekend. I was there yesterday and the snow was still dry and deep in places. There are still people hitting landmines everywhere.
