Whats everyone running for clutching on there pump gas m8 turbos and at what altitudes and boost levels?
Springs ? Helix ? Weights ? Rpm ?

Im running a 2010 m8 with a boondocker pump gas kit and the clutch kit supplied by boondocker doesnt seem to be working for me. I ride around 7000ft.

Any help be great.

09 M8 2010 BD kit
9000ft
7.5-8.0lbs
Primary: AC Orange/white, 77gr AC weights
8000-8100 RPM
Secondary: AC Orange, 36/46P helix
55/65 gears

Overall it was a lot better for engagement and low speed rideability than the AC black/80gr weights BD recommends. Not to mention the peak RPM was too low with thier setup at what I felt was max safe boost for the fuel system on mine. The helix is just too much in my opinion, I tried the straight 36 and it was a lot more responsive, but did not upshift enough. I bought a 34/42P helix (that I have not tried) and I think that should be a lot better for my mostly boondocking trees and short pull type of riding.
