She`s starting to come togheter now. Done some wiring, mounted most of the stuff in the engine compartment. Made some brackets for wideband display etc.
Here she is almost done inside at least. Just some minor details left.
Made a bracket under the hood to hold the HID ballasts in place, and sheal some of the wiring from some of the heat.
Cut out a piece of a carbon plate to make a bracket for the Wideband display. There`s coming a koso EGT also on top of the bracket. Will do the last finish on the bracket then.
Taped up the hood so it won`t melt when the pipes reach spring time temperatures..
Mixing of fuel. 50/50 whit pump gas, and E85. Winter E85 is 75% here, so 50/50 gives me 30% ethanol, which is what I will run here at.
She finally fired up also. I bit thight trottle cable left me whit a nasty idle rpm. Noisy as sh.., but the trail silencer will take care of the noise I`ll hope.

I`m still waiting for my custom SCS wrap to be designed. Hope I`ll get something from them this week. If so, she should be totally done in 3-4 weeks.

Yes I did. but I don`t recomend doing it. I idid tape the umpainted area whit masking tape, but the chrome followed the tape when I removed it. Som my light`s are a bit down now. Have HID lights in the highbeem, and don`t see any difference there, just the lowbeem that`s really week now.
I will redo it during the summer whit new headlights, but I will remove the crome where I don`t want it, insted of painting it.
Looks good! The decals aren't my style and I probably would have left it all brown, but it definitely ties the front bumper in.

Your opinion whas obevious heared by someone. My second trip up to the mountains, I had an accident, which resulted in a new hood. Don`t pay alot of cash for a second decal kit, so it will stay brown from no on.

Found a used hood whit some damages. Had to do some repair before painting.

Sled has been working flawless whole winter. Did some changes around the engine, and it finally dynoed in at 173hp at sealevel. Been running strong since.
Has some minor tweeks to do before next winter, but nothing special.
