M8 Helix questions

I bought a 08 m8 last year with aRKT 36-34p helix. I ride from 1000-2000 at home then, 5000-7000 +- in the mountains. I don't know helix's very well so im wondering if this is a good helix for me? And please explain why or why not. Also, what would be a good helix angle for me? Stock pipe, D+D can, intake, reeds.
