M8 cylinderhead

Hello all new to the forum. Current sled is a 09 M8 SP 153 all stock except SPL can. Question I have is can you shave the stock head to gain some performance instead of buying an RKTek head and has anyone tried the 2010 head on an 09 engine. I ride mostly 7K to 10K.

the rkt is a super nice head and it works.if you put a 10 head on a o9 you well have to run 91oct because it ups the comprssion.i don't know of any one that has done it but i have put the o9 on a 10 when you turbo it so it would work the other way around.
