M8 bogs/pops when on full throttle!!?? Why? Need Help!!

Im running about 10 lbs of boost, 50% avgas, 50% 91 octane, and on full throttle, (boost around 10 lbs) it will start off good, but then it will start to "pop"... Almost seems like a bogging condition when in deep snow and when your air intake gets clogged with snow, but my intake is free and clear...

Im running a '09, M8, boondocker pump gas turbo setup with intercooler, twisted turbo cold air intake on it... about 2700 kms, in Revelstoke.
My 3000 and 5000 numbers are all zero's, and for PSI im running, 08 19 48...

I've been playing around with these numbers trying to make something work, and have found these to be the best so far... If I lean the numbers out any more, the knock sensor seems to come on, and if I rich these numbers up, the sled seems to run like garbage.

I was almost thinking my injectors were getting maxed out for fuel, because my duty cycles in are saying approx. 67, and duty cycles out are maxing out at 99. I had also tried to lower my boost to see if it would eliminate it, but it still seems to occur at around 8 lbs of boost.

Just put the intercooler and cold air intake on recently, and before this happened, sled never had an issue with this.

Just changed my reeds on it because they were blown apart, on the one cylinder.. From stock reeds to the TDR reeds.. So was just wondering if this "popping" problem at high boost had something to do with it..??

Im trying to trouble shoot this and any bit of help would be appreciated...

Thanks guys....

With the intercooler and intake you wont be able to pull the same boost because you are getting more air at less boost now. Not sure what you are saying on duty cycle?? 67 out of 99??. What about fuel pressure, check the boost line going from the charge to the fuel pressure regulator.

With the boondocker box, "duty cycle in" is the duty cycle from the ecu. The "duty cycle out" is that actual duty cycle of the injectors from the boondocker box.

DC in 67% from ecu to BD box
DC out 99% from BD box to injectors.

Sounds like your injectors are maxed out, try bumping your fuel pressure up. The 09 injectors flow less than the 2010 injectors.

You say before you installed the intercooler and Cool air intake that this never happened. I would remove the intercooler and keep the cold air intake, see what the result is etc etc etc. Personally I'm a fan of stock reeds and not after market ones but thats me.

When you are trouble shooting just ask yourself what has changed and start there. If it worked good before and now it doesn't, why? Process of elimination dude.

I run 9-10 psi on my sled without an intercooler, works great, no deto. Ya probably don't need it anyway with the new intake.

Make sure your fuel pressure regulator is working properly and increasing the fuel pressure with boost.
