M7 to mod rx1. Yay or nay?

Im thinking about moving to an rx1. Its got alot of stuff done to it....its all the way down to about 520lbs dry. I rode one on our last ride and loved, is there anything i need to watch out for? How much are they worth? I would just like something that is more reliable then a 2-stroke and i really liked the torque on them.

They arent worth a whole bunch even with lightweight parts added. A local guy here just sold an 03 with a 159 and a bunch of lightweight stuff for $2000 The 05's tend to bring more than the 03-04's due to the promountain suspension and better seat. Watch for oil consumption on the 03's.
Set up right these sleds are fun even without a turbo. If you buy one you'll have to change your user name.

I have an '03 turbo and love it. Just bought an '06 Apex turbo this year and its a coin toss as to which one I like more. Both are heavily modded and both have their +/-.

My '03 hasn't had the oil problem, but some do have it. If the price is right, try it. If you don't like it, sell it again.JMO
