M7 T BD turbo Attitude box.

verify with the spark plugs, do a o2 sensor test (youtube it). and if its actually lean check for boost leaks, check everything fuel pressure, boost, go through the wiring, FMU not rising with boost? general ideas unless you have specific info with given facts on what everything is at.

Sounds like bad Wideband sensor to me. Usually read lean only when bad. Test it to confirm or try another one. I carry a spare at all times.

been a while. original problem was leaking air at the orings, intake plenium. fixed and solved the lean problem. now i have a new problem. when i smash the throttle runnin 10 lbs boost, pulls hard for 200 ft then dies for a second like you hit kill switch. then goes like it should. when the throttle is lessend and you spool up again the problem reoccurs. any thoughts. runnin 111 mo race fuel at 8k feet. also had a new program flashed to the attitude box. did not help. afr 11.1 to 11.8. Thanks

Ryan

Check your exhaust valves. I put one of my exhaust valve gaskets back on crooked and it did exactly what you are saying.

You can also put the valves in backwards on an M7. It wont cause engine damage, but wont let it run right either.

If you think about it, with a turbo sled, it takes about 200 feet to get the RPM's to get to where your exhaust valves actuate. For some reason having the leaky gasket made mine cut out only when the valves were in transition.

Worth a shot...

Makes since. i was wondering if it wasnt the injectors thinking when the bd injectors made their transition. Full Boost. how do you know which side is up on the exhuast valves, incase they were installed upside down.
