M7 race gas turbo problems

Have an 06 M7 with BD racegace setup, first year and half no problems what soever. First of last year burned it down early on a warmer day, rebuilt it, and again at the end of last year. Felt detonation at full throttle, eased off, tried again, and lucky to get home both times. Once on pto, once on the other side. Looked liked detonation or lack of fuel. checked everything both times. Wiring/ground, went up on settings for upper boost and rpm, checked for air leaks, sent in ecu to Cat and box to BD ( no problems ). Checked secondary injectors (worked in the field and once we were home ) checked fuel preasure both time, kept an eye on EGT's, had stock and aux. fuel pump checked out ( even changed aux pump after 1st time) Anyway I had the box remamped for the ADA program the last time and am a little gunshy to pull the trigger when the snow flies. Any suggestions?

Thanks, KB

PS running 7500 to 13000 ft, strait 112 octane premixed

we have had a few problems with electrical on the m7 we found when you rewind the stator with a higher power output rap or whatever you wanna call it and they seemed to run good and make sure you have the least amount of power draw or you will blow it up 9 times out of 10 because m7's dont make enough power wich causes the fuel system to shut down running out of fuel and boom your lean hope this helps

who did you find that would rewind a stator to make more power? and how much was it? i would love to do that to mine. i put a battery on my tm7 that i can turn on to power the fuel pump to start the sled other wise it takes like 30 pulls to start in the morning

I also have put a battery on mine. I have also had to replace my stator with another stock one. Who is rewinding them for more power?

I have had 4 m7 turbos one with a battery and three with out. the only problem I had with the batery was I was useing a relay switch to turn the battery off and on and the relay would go out and the battery would go dead and then loose fuel controlability, learned to carry extra relay.
2 with extra external fuel pumps these to sleds were awsome for the first 500 miles then I started burning down every weekend , after checking everything I noticed a small drop in power to the fuel pump put a new stator in it and volage came back up. but I did not want to loose another stator so I found another in tank pump like was on my first m 7 turbo as I never burnt that one down or lost a stator on it in a 1000 miles then I started to look to find a way to eleminate to need for a battery I was at brads house and we got the voltage tester out and started to test everything. found a way to get the power with out creating a low spot in the voltage and ran it that way never had a nother power issue, this sled had a digatron and a inovate on it but no electric oil pump it had an machanical pump, I was not able to run the head lights though but never burnt it down or lost another stator.
sence then I have set up 20 plus m7 this way and have had extremly good results.

We eliminated the headlights on 2 of them and the riders went to Cyclops with battery packs. I am now riding with Cyclops HID and the new lightweight batt packs. They are super bright and lightweight. Neither of those sleds lost a stator. We did change what powered what around like Product Tester did.

Thanks for all the info, was also told to check the capacitor thats inline on the BD harness. Checked the stator both times and was withing stock specs. Can I just unhook/remove the headlignts and not damage the ecu, etc?? Maybe do that if it's ok for another measure of safety? Mine went about 900 miles before the problems started. Product Tester, can you pm me and let me know where your pullin power from to not gat drops in voltage?? Again, appreciate all the help!!!!!!!!!
