M or XP
I have both a M8 and the '08 XP-X. After upgrading the XP skid with the 2010 rails and shocks it rides much more like the '09 M8 but remains better over the bumps.
I've never really had any trouble side-hilling the XP but am still considering the new narrow front end.. If I'd ever break an A-Arm I'd have reason to but the XP has been rock solid.
I've heard a lot about the BB kits burning down but you always hear the bad and most that chose to do big bores run hard and hot and are more likely to burn a sled down anyway.
Either sled you get I suspect you'll be doing more mods.. Both need suspension work to make them great sleds.
