M7 BB clutching....

Well I know this has probably been beat to death BUT,after changing my primary and installing NEW cutler adjustables.I was out west this weekend and the sled was terrable.I have the same weights as last year,(70-80)but I couldn't get any rpm.I was down like 1200!!This years changes are as follows.New primary clutch, new cutler weights, crank saver, powerclaw track.I reused my primary spring(factory titanim L.E. package)
My sled is a cutler 1000 m7.The engine runs storng but I just cannot get my rpmz up?
I have heard that the factory ti springs bind..,could this be my issue???I also have a bike trosional conversion with SP green, 10.4sec,nothing changed from last year....if that helps
Thankfully the PC still got me up there.
Thanks

So what is your goal RPM?
Check your vave adjustment and make sure there not binding.
What altitude?
I am running a Vohk 866 kit. I am having issues getting to the magic 8100RPM. But I am only down about 400rpm.
I am running cutlers and am at abot 62g weights.
I ride 8500 plus was setting sled up at 10,000.
Will be going with a slp blue yellow primary and a SP green next ride.

Your flat rollers might have been holding the secondary back and allowing you to get the high rpm with those heavier wieghts. Now that you have freed up the secondary you may have to drop weight even further. Just a thought:confused:

primary roller where flat, hense the new primary clutch.Snopro green in middle hole.Stock m7 run 68 at this altitide this thing should pull 70z???My bud with the M7 I was riding with was down a bit on revs 1-200 rpm.
