Will a 2005 M7 Airbox fit on a 2006 M7 or are they different sizes? It appears to be too big, called a dealership and they thought it was the same. Any insight from anyone out there?

Im not positive but I am pretty sure that they are the same. Also they do have the same part number so they must be.
They are the same, but remember the 2006 model came in carb OR efi and the air boots will not interchange.
Any M series airbox should interchange.

When I put the airbox up the the carbs there is about a 1/4 inch gap all around the carbs. Do I need a different boot to go from the carbs to the airbox?
