m5- did your stolen sleds ever turn up?

I know it's been a while, but I wondered if any of your sleds/parts were ever found. I know they were one of a kind with their powder coating, and thought this should be brought up again; just in case the crooks thought the coast was clear to start selling parts Maybe time to post some pics again, so nobody buys a "too cheap" sled and gets a blanket party because of it

Funny you mention his sleds. I found some douche bag on Kijiji selling his tunnel. It had a few other parts that he put on his stolen sled. We tried to lure him out but he must of got nervous and bolted. The cops and Kijiji were all informed and brought together. Not sure where it sits. These guys r in BC. They are just rebuilding them and switching the parts around a little. You think the cops would be a little more involved and interested in putting this nonsense on hold for a while.

I believe another sled turned up last year with some more of the stolen parts on it. The seller of the sled claimed he bought it from a shady builder in BC and he just paid for the work to be done. If this is true i don't see how they couldn't catch this builder and throw him in jail. It doesn't seem to matter if you catch a guy or not they all walk more or less in the end.

Here's the deal. These are pics of the actual kijiji add that was placed in the Kelowna edition of Kijiji. The guy was was going by the name of Jacob Riley and he said he lived in Rock Creek BC which is south of Kelowna. The add was only up for 3 or 4 days then it got pulled. This is MY sled for sure 100%. It has been painted flat black from the Blue I made it but without a doubt its my sled. There are lots of things that tell me its mine without going into too many details. I contacted the RCMP and they have all the details. Some dumb a$$ will show up somewhere riding this sled and when he does somebody will spot it. I'm sure its been on ice for 2 seasons now I bet I can tell you the mileage without even looking at it. I've included some pics of the sled in its original blue as well. There are only 3 of those tunnels in existance and 2 of them are in my shop right now,so you do the math. If anybody recognizes the sled or the scenery in the pics PM me.

Sorry for your loss. Sweet sled, its a shame some people cant go out and earn a honest living like the rest of us. I hope they catch the scumbags.
