M1100 TURBO 7500-7600 RPM

First of all i like the sled and it has great potential. New it would rev 78-7900 rpm, now i have 650 miles and it only rev 75-7600 rpm across the field or lake. Ive checked the hose routing and leakage on the solenoids, tried new belt, air filter clean. It doesnt miss or seem to lack power or speed. Has anyone else experienced this?? Looking for possibilities-thanks.

Belt deflection may be out. Caused by loose nut on jack shaft in the chain case. ???? Just an idea

Likely the clutches and the belt. Scuff the clutch faces with a scothbrite pad. Then clean them. Also you can scuff the belt as well and then wash it. I would bet money your rpms would come back.
