Anyone have issues with the clutch rollers. I have destroyed my rollers in two clutches. How are the hi torque rollers holding up?

Secondary rollers? If you have destroyed two sets this season, you may have something else going on.

My first set broke in 250 miles. I replaced them with aftermarket ones that are holding up much better.

Im in Revy right now what should I check? Went though one clutch and using my wifes 800 clutch. Have 3 more days left. Had no issues until I started pulling hills 2 weeks ago.

you cant go wrong with hi-torque rollers. made in BC. ive put thousands of miles on one set of rollers and they are mint. i see they do make rollers for the '12 sec clutch.

I think these are the ones I installed as well. To be truthful I really don't remember, it was at the start of the year and my local dealer brought them in B/C of the number of failures that were occurring.

Yup these are the ones I used.

What I have seen on the secondary is the little plastic guides or the helix holding the clutch from disengaging all the way, and then it will slap open once in a while. Easiest way is to put the clutch on the bench with the tool and run it open and shut a few times to make sure it is opening and closing properly. Also, the bushings in the center of the clutch are out of spec when new. I don't have a solution for this right now.

Another thing is to check primary/secondary alignment and make sure the deflection is not too tight.

Just install two skate board bearings in each side. They are much stronger and are precision ball bearings that are double sealed and the best part is, they fit perfect and cost about $1.00 a piece!

They compress the helix a very small amount and it causes a very thin aluminum ridge on the helix between the two bearings. I works perfectly! I have run them all season with absolutely NO bad effect!
