M1000 additional motor mount and push arm

Stanger and Lyle are up in REVY for the week. Just got my parts. I need to mount the additional motor mount and push arm on the M1000. Does anyone have any photos of the mount so I dont screw it up somehow? Thanks!

Yamaha is sold. Got a PGTM8 and this M1000. I snapped the gears in the last couple Diamond drives and 2 motor mounts in the M1000 due to torque and wanted to add another mount to this one to see if I can prevent it.

look in Little_orange_cats thread. its a couple above yours. he shows both pretty clearly. there is also a guy on here that did it a little direrently, do a search.

Here is a link to a thread about this install.

Don't attempt the motor stop with out a new oil reservoir on your bench. You will more than likely destroy it getting it out to install. But give this link a look. Should help ya out.

So i was just on the website . If i order the front motor mount for 150.00 does it come with both sides ? Is that all i will need? Thanks.

Yes it comes with the PTO side mount and the MAG side pusher as pictured.

Where did you get the push support from, the motor mount is a cat OEM part,just wondering if Shain(Twisted Turbo) is building the mag side push support??

nope they came on the Firecats and m7s i believe. He just packs them up and sells them .

Your right you can do it yourself for cheaper but its not a bolt in deal. There is a little more to it than that, but Im sure you can figure that out.
