What we do at the shop is pull off the big nut holding the disk on,take off all the small nuts holding the caliper to the tunnel except 1 that is easily accesable ,start the sled and ride the brake untill you see the caliper start to turn red hot then quickly take off the last small nut and pry with 2 pry bars behind the caliper and hope the hell she pops off !! these can be nightmares because the shaft rusts to the splines in the disc and bearings are very tight on the shaft on the ones we've done. You can always try to pry it off with out the heat but I have done 4 personally and not 1 came off easy.dont worry about the disc warping it takes alot of heat and on your average 70mph to 0 stop they get just about red hot any way.
