Nick and I got out today and tore up the 2" to 3" of new snow we got. We had a great time. Down low the snow was soft but when we got up top it firmed up. Still good coverage up top but getting thin down low. Lets hope this new storm coming this week brings some good news.
We had anawesome ride today with the new snow. We found some pockets of deep snow on the north slopes. Up top 2+feet. Snowed off and on today but not much accumulation. The 07 now has snow and groomer is out doing a great job. Yes tomorrrow's going to be off the wall.
the last few days have been awesome, yesterday was by far the best day of the year for me. Its gonna be good for a while too as long as you know where to look
After we pulled you out SnowDevil I went and put my Pro in a ditch. I can't believe how deep the snow is in Tom's meadow. What a great weekend of snowmobiling. 4 days for me.
The 07 road is showing a lot of pavement to Independence turnoff. Looks like with the temps this week we'll see the trailhead moved soon. Spring conditions are here for sure. Get out and tear it up before it's gone.
The 07 road is plowed to Independince turn off. After that the road has some pavement showing but not bad. Bettter get out and enjoy the spring conditions, with the temps it's going fast.
Just came in on the 07 road tonight. It was raining most of the way. The snow level was at Perrazzo Meadows. We got like 3" of wet heavy snow here at the house. Got home too late to see how much snow's up top. The problem is the rain has exposed a lot more pavment from Perrazzo down. I think it is too much for a sled. They need to plow the road soon so every one can still ride. My pics tonight were at Perrazzo.
Work! I thought you were retired. If they still have the trailhead at the Indy turnoff tomorrow(Sat), is there enough coverage on the lower road to get back to your area? 4 miles of on/off pavement on the 07 back to Perrazzo doesn't sound to inviting.
