It so easy to do it just lower.
But some hard to do it some shorter

I cut and shorten mine, moved the post forward, then recovered with Motoseat cover. I cut it down before I rode the the sled and it was still too high so I cut it down more and shorten it, that is what you see here. Now it's about perfect for me, I'm 6'.

I've got a WRP Lowrider seat that I'll be selling, if anyone is interested. Great shape. It's currently on my '12, in Alpine, Wyoming. I'll be there next week, if anyone wants to get it then. Otherwise, it'll be in Minnesota the following week.

I'm going back to the stock height on my new sled since my 6'3" frame doesn't really need a lower seat.

Thanks! I lowered 2", narrowed 1-1/2" and shortened 1". I love my under bag so like the rear frame where it is.
