Low end bog??

I have an 05 800 summit and recently put new pistons in it. I also replaced the carb boots as I noticed they were begining to tear and also the reeds cause they were worn out as well. Since putting the sled back together I have noticed a significant low end bog at idle (1800-2000rpm) to about 3000rpm. When I choke really quick and turn choke off the bog goes away momenarily which probably means I am running lean on the bottom. Since I replaced the boots and checked crank seals (replaced pto side) I am confident that there are no air leaks is the system. I have adjusted the air/fuel mixture screws but cant fix the problem. I have not changed the pilot jets yet cause I never had this issue before (probably the next thing to try). So what else could it be??? I have gone through everything and all seems well.

Thanks,
Jake

UPDATE:

Just replaced my coolant bottle and cap as the old one was beginning to leak. After replacing the bottle I fired up the sled to check for any leaks and my bog is gone. WEIRD.......does anyone know why a leaky coolant bottle could effect my low rpm throttle response?? or did another problem magically fix itself ??
