Can any of these kits bd sidekick, MTNTK, sliber be ran on low boost 3-4 lbs. On 91 pump gas. We start at sea level but only for a few km. about 10, then we're ride 2000-5000'. This will be for an axys. Thanks.

Id say the mtntk anyday with its water to air IC. High charge temp is the problem with stock compression at seallvl. And the intercooler kinda takes care of that.

No problem to run 6 psi as long as the gas is fresh and charge temp is low.

Thanks guys, just looking for 180-190 hp. On 91 pump gas. If I need to put a low compression head on that would not bother me. I seen a few kits around here but thay all run av gas.

yea lots of HP junkies round hear :D .... but it sounds like your well on your to being one your self!! it all starts with just a little...then a little more??? and maybe just a tad more!!! lol when the FUN FACTOR can be turned up so easy {a little av gass}to say you wont try it... just a little... its like saying no baby I never WOT my sled that's dangerous .... well maybe just a little!!!

Well mtntk ticks all the boxes for you. And you dont even to lower the CR. Which is bad because it takes away some low end response/power from the engine.
It also has the best turbo on the market in its kit so its kinda future proof. Alot of great items and solutions in one package. That equals to great bang for the buck! :eyebrows:

For the amount you will spend on a low compression head, you could buy a bunch of av gas and blend it in for added insurance. Av gas around here runs about $5 per gallon. 2 gallons per tank would give you about 20 tanks before you would cover the cost of the low compression head. Plus you would keep your low end response. You can also fix this buy staying off the happy trigger till you get up in altitude a bit.

Av gas is $1.70 a litter here. Been doing a lot of reading and mtntk looks good. I like the injector relocation, and fuel into the bottom end. And the extra cooler.
