with all due respect chief I disagree with ya. post count is very useful to me. Its a good indication that you can trust someone and it shows me that someones reputation is on the line and not just some alter ego. IMO it matters.

Yet we're both aware of people on this forum, with huge post counts, and acceptable reps, that neither of us would trust with anything important to us...

This is a social site, you don't have to be who you really are here. If you want trust it's developed one on one and by actions.. not by what you type.


Dave, I'm just saying that it's silly to trust based on the post count and rep alone... if that's what's important I'll spend a few weeks really driving mine up and then talk forum members into investing in my new West Valley City oil well project..
