Looks like it's going to dump big on Friday!

Chelan area calls for snow friday, sat and sun, with moderate snow accumalation on fri and sat... Accuweather.com says 6.5 inches total over the weekend. King5news.com says OVER 2ft in the mountains and up to a FOOT in the valleys. The Mazama area by Harts Pass also calls for over 6" of powder and mabey more. Yah! hopefully it follows threw. Please post ANY updates you may find, after the weekend Harts Pass should have over 30" and blewett could have a couple feet. I live just outside of Chelan and have a CLEAR view of the mountains as far as the eye can see.

Road Ride!

I'm betting on my man Rich Marriott - he's calling for 18 - 30 inches on Friday!
Throw in snow showers on Saturday and Sunday...

We've got Sunday penciled in...:beer;

This is the snow report from the Mt. Baker ski area.

Additional Info:
Now that we've made it over the first weather hurdle this week and held on through the forecasted warm up trend Tuesday night, we're looking ahead to the Big Kahuna! Never mind the weather today and tomorrow. . . . . it's all about the Big One rolling in on Friday!

With 19 on the ground now, IT LOOKS PROMISING FOR ANOTHER 12-15 INCHES OF NEW ON FRIDAY/ Saturday which would be enough to turn the waiting game into GAME ON for Sunday. Plus, it looks COLD after that so that is good news as well.

So! all eyes are on the storm rolling in off the Pacific on Friday and with great anticipation we will be checking out the mountain early Saturday and make an announcement Saturday morning as to a POSSIBLE LIMITED OPENING ON SUNDAY.

Round up the gear and get your water pipes protected. . . it looks like Winter is finally here!

If headed to Baker--Make sure there is 24" in schreibers--otherwise it is closed. Head to another area and help us all.

There are a ton of places to go scratch your ski's at---I look forward to hearing the damage complaints--LOL
Cause staying on the road is impossible--you always have to just try that area--LOL--I know because----I have been there and done it---:eek:

H20SKE...

Good, Then this will be a good base for the snow next week. I'd probly have enough up here by this weekend but I don't feel like dancing on rocks...

Exactly, This will be a good start to a base for all the snow that falls in the next couple storms.

Although an innocent little road ride just to shake all the cobwebs and buffing compound dust out of the sleds might be in order :D
