Don't have an XP never said I had an XP. I'm on an 06 Rev I bought new. Been on a Doo since 1993 and have had 7 differant ones. Not once have I had to pull one in. Not once has any of them been to a dealer for warranty work. I have not done any mods other than a can on 2 differant ones and they work just fine for me, no complaints. Maybe I don't ride as hard or climb as high as some other riders but I am plumb happy with my sleds.

The reason none of them that YOU have owned have been dragged out of the mountains or been in for warranty is SIMPLE. 2006 was the LAST YEAR that Doo made a real sled that wont explode, eat belts or burn through motors like PMSing woman burns through tampons. The 06 Rev was the best Doo made yet in my opinion for quality and performance. Everything after that has major warranty issues that Doo WOULDNT back up until they realized everything they make needs warranty ASAP. Too bad they dont have a CAA program with that warranty so they could come get the sled and give u a loaner that might get their customers off the hill a lil less pissed.

I have 2 07 doo's one xrs lost motor at 400 miles. After todays ride im at just over 2400 miles. That is over 2000 miles on new motor with absolutly no issues. Most of the miles are with an slp kit on it. Wifes sled has just under 2000 miles on original motor with zero problems period ( also has slp kit ). Dealer had my motor replaced in 4 days so I had it back by the next weekend. In over 4000 miles we have blown exactly 0 belts. Knock on wood we must have got good ones. I guess there not all bad. Ride what you have and shut the *@!! up.

I was reading a different thread and they say the 09 M8 is the way to go!!!
