Looking to buy a 07 M1000

Looking at getting a 07 M1000 with a D&D Y and can. Has 1,400 miles, looks really clean for $5,200.00. Is that a pretty good price? I know a 09 or 10 is a lot better but they aren't in the budget. I currently have a 02 800 RMK with NOS and other mods, but have now lost the crank twice. Is there anything I need to look for on the 07? I am tired of breaking down. Just want to ride.

Mountain Magic in Idaho has 08 carry overs for dirt cheap brand new in the crate. factory warranty with powerclaw for $7800 brand new.

I'd say its a good price. I picked my 07 M1000 1350miles up for $5,500 a month ago. If your lucky it will still have the original brain box. Mine had the 09 update, its workable but you can get a better powerband on the 07 box.

If they are selling an 08 with powerclaw for $7800 thats a good deal. I believe our local dealer has an 08 for $7500 but no powerclaw.

07 m1000

I just bought an 07 m1000 myself bout a month ago looked like a great sled on the outside bout 1200 miles. So i took it home and got a little suprise.I decided to paint a arms and tore sled apart good thing i did ,oil pump shaft was unhooked and front motor mount was broken. nobody said anything about pump being un hooked so was pretty happy to find it. So all im trying to get at is when u buy used never take someones word, that couple of hours wrenching could save u a hole lot of money and stress.

Sounds pretty good to me. Find out if it has a 3 or 4 post primary.
