Awesome, now you have Big Brother looking out for you. I really think Admin should get involved with these lowlifes that use the forums to rip people off. Ban them as soon as a bad report comes in.

If you sent someone a check for something you bought here and it never got there and they came on here, and ripped you to shreds and you got booted without having a chance to plead your case or explain another one is in the mail, you'd be pissed. I read it before you wrote this. I was burned the same way. I paid for an item, the seller took my money and ran w/o sending the item. Luckily I paid with PayPal and got my money back! Then the guy emails me wanting to know why his account was adjusted the amount of the sale. I told him that I never received the pipe and that he had never emailed me letting me know what was happening. He told me that he mailed them twice and they were stamped return to sender by the Post Office where my box is. I know he lied to me because my Mom works at that Post Office and the package NEVER came in! So, yeah I feel for these guys on here who get ripped off and it is a sore spot for me! I think that if you get caught scamming someone in the forums and everything has been proven, you should be banned!

BTW, the guy that screwed me was named Joe Rampula!

No, that is the only way that he would send them, through USPS! I wanted him to send them UPS. I really doubt that my Mom or anyone else at the Post Office made a mistake since they all know me and it's a very small town where I live. So a big box gets noticed! And this happened to me in October. Well before the Holiday shipping rush! I still have ALL of the emails that I sent him, including the one with the address. I double checked it and made sure that it was typed right. No mistakes on my end, he just tried to screw me, plain and simple!

hey thanks guys, Thanks Summitone, I have bought and sold many items on here with 0 issues. Yup, there is always 2 sides and I am not flaming anyone just the facts.

This guy cashed my check in August and I have no engige, pipe or electronics as promised. Bottom line, man up and solve the problem John Diruzza mxzx5. Either send me the evidence of reciepts that you sent the items or send back the money.

Right now I am out loot and in my eyes your a scum bag. Man up and resolve this. Not repsonding is not too cool.
