looking for headlight ideas

got into a bit of fender bender on the weekend and snapped the headlight mounting and bent the aluminum bracket it mounts to.
i know i can MacIver something together but thought this may be a good time to look at something different.
what you guys running who've deleted and replaced the stock headlights?
Sled is an 07 rev x
thanks!

That aluminum post bent on the right side of my sled. I just bent it back. My headlight was missing the lower right corner and thus had a hole there. So I riveted a 90 degree piece of aluminum to the head light, drilled a hole in the aluminum and inserted the stock rubber back in the hole. It has been this way for 4 years with no issue whatsoever.

same problem and ran a piece of aluminum across the frame and mounted these lights in. they were like 15 bucks at orilies and pretty bright. well good enough to get me home. and lighter than the big stock bad boy! good luck

hes right about the screen over the hole. get it at like home depot and hhot glue it on. and i cut the original connections off and just wired it all up to hots and grounds. looks alright and it will get me home

Wal-Mart fog lights. Grounded to brackets (black wire) and put a blade connector on the hot wire (white wire) from the light. Plugged in to stock plug for the high beam. You can turn them off and on by hitting the high beam button. After doing some research I found that if you turn them off you end up with a lot of extra juice in the system, so I just leave them on.

stock plug l_l High beam plug is the horizontal one.

Mine is set-up that way; where the highbeams turn them off. I have been running it turned off, it works fine.
