Look what was in my back yard.

The beehives this bear knocked over is about 300 yards from my house. FWP caught the bear down on the river below my house.

we had a cop run a griz through our front yard a couple years ago lol...and we live next to the school.

2 years ago i had a sow and 2 cubs walk right under my tree stand and it turned out i had walked by 10 feet away from where they were beded that morning in the dark

Yea, its to bad. I was hoping to train the bear to eat my neighbors sheep. That way they would stay outta my alfalfa fields!

The snare had a 400lb weight on it. I saw the path the bear drug the weight over the bank down into the river bottom. Looked like i drove over the side with a cat.

TBH, this does not supprise me. We have a HUGE blackbear that lives down in that area. Lots of forage, especially with the choke cherry crop this year.

I saw that. Not a bad sized bruin...but not as big as the 800 pounder in Lincoln last fall.

He could have been. Diet of honey, choke cherries and sheep. He could of gotten HUGE!

I think i would have named him Bob, and taught him to eat politicians, lawyers and tree huggers.
