Lone Cat Eats Doo's

Out this weekend with some buddies and I was the lone cat in a world of Doo's. 3rd day on my new 09 M8 153 SP with the only mods a boss seat, slp skis and a 9" billet wheel kit. Picked it up from bones1075, great guy.

Anyway, the group was; 04 rev - stock, 06 rev - mostly modded to chassis, can, clutching, 2 09 xp's with clutch kits, 2 08 xp's, 1 stock, 1 with clutching, gearing, y-pipe, single pipe and can. I had to throw some smack talk around because I was getting ganged up on all day and we thought why not do some runs across the small lake and see who has the drag race bragging rights....

Each run was the same, me and the modded xp would jump out front with the stock xp/revs slightly behind, then I would just pull away instantly. All the other rev's/xp's werent even in the running as you can see in this vid. Here's one of the vids showing the end of race vantage point,,, with the cat out front of course, then the modded 08 xp (he was very pissed btw, actually so were the guys on the stock Doo's). This vid only had the guys that were willing to lose on camera in it:), with a near collision at the start.

Was going to pipe this sled but after how it ran this weekend, think stock is good to go.

I am surprised. Quite a thrashing from a stock sled. I thought the modded XP would be out front and me and the other XP's/Rev's sort of clumped together not too far behind. Didnt think the M8 would pull so hard on them, especially the piped etc XP. We didnt find a decent hill we could pull up, and there had been a fair amount of fresh so the conditions for avies were pretty high, we'll try that out next time.
