You can interpret it how ever you want. I'm relatively certain that there is no legal issue here. Lots of people say lots of things on forums that simply are not true or real.

I'm sure that somebody coming on here saying that they smoke pot is way worse than wishing someone dead. I guess it's all a matter of perspective. Some people have it and some do not.

I'm not sure what you're getting at about the accountability thing. I don't see how I'm accountable for someone who says he has the legal right to smoke marijuana in the state in which he resides claiming to drive while high. Just like I don't have any accountability for you or Blu Du or anyone else for that matter wishing someone dead.

As far as talking about drug use, and promoting criminal thinking, check the first amendment. Big D is not in the position to take away freedom of speech on the internet. So you want to blow off someone's criminal thinking as it could be real or not? You want to take that chance? Well I guess that is the difference between you and I. The dude openly admitted he drove while intoxicated. He stated he can smoke 10 joints and drive. I am not saying lynch the dude and I was never part of saying he should be dead. But, he is obviously a menace and a threat to innocent families. May it be true or not....sure, but I don't take those kind of risks. LE needs to be aware of him.

The accountability thing? I asked you what kind of website you are trying to preserve here? You close down threads for my cursing, yet you allow people to talk in detail about their drug use....8-balls, doing lines, etc, etc....is this the kind of family friendly website you are promoting? In my opinion allowing criminal thinking to be on your website is far worse than my cursing now and then. I am saying you pick and choose. Either make it a "family site" or don't....stop picking and choosing what you don't like or like....it is either inappropriate or appropriate. Their is far worse content on here then my occassional cursing and name calling. Things I wouldn't let my son see when he is a teenager.

Law enforcement is very aware of me in Summit County. Also, they are very aware that the majority of people in Summit County smoke pot. If you called them to report me smoking pot, they would probably laugh at you like i am right now.
