I had a long talk with her after that. I told her if she wanted to unleash words like that at night when we were in bed I was totally down with it.
It is hard to try and help your wife. They want to keep up with the group and don't want to be stuck all day but they cant really ask for help because most of the time you are moving. By the time they can ask for help they have been drug into places they are uncomfortable riding in and are already frustrated. It wouldn't matter if you showed up with hot coffee and warm cookies, she would still be mad. In reality, most of our wives only ride part time and don't really have enough time to hone their skills and we expect them to do things that are over there heads. There have been a few times I have seen my wife go somewhere I thought she wouldn't even consider and was pleasantly surprised.
You know, a divorce attorney could make a pretty good living riding snowmobiles with married couples as long as he could perform on the spot services.
I totally agree. I wish mine would wanna come more but she won't because of two things. 1) kids 2) her sled is a Summit 700 on a zx chassis. Not a bad sled but way different than the new stuff and I cannot justify spending 9grand on a sled that won't get ridden but 4-5 times a year. I'll try again this winter.
