efi live is great, idaho rob did mine and WOW. but like wang11 said earlyer its not sellable, it is VIN locked to that truck and that truck only, can never remove and install on new truck. efi live is pricey, first you need to buy the controller for around $1000, then you need to have someone(like Idaho rob) build you a program for your truck as is with "goodies" cost $100 bucks for the licence(per vehicle) then around 250 to 300ish for tuning. and if you ever add more "goodies" to your truck, you should have a new tune made for it to take advantage of what efi live has to offer, another $250-$300. it will void the warrenty none the less, but so will removing you dfp. also like sldhvn said earlyer watch you 4-5-6 or 6-5-4 shifts, weak point on the allison's, with all programers. the only code i have thrown in low fuel rail pressue from to hot of a tune and not enuff fuel. one thing that helped me with shifts was a TRANS-GO JR shift kit, bumpes up line pressure
also with efi live as far as i am aware of, you dont send in your ecm, you make a copy of your stock opperating systems than email it to them(guys like idaho rob) then they email your tune back to you, you then download it to the efilive controller then into your truck, and if you get the dsp2 ordsp5 you hard wire that into your trucks ecm plug
