Little Orange Cat build 2009-10 Season

The sled is looking really good Michael. I actually like that blue motor against the orange. I did not think it would work out as well as it did. I would like to add that these pictures do NOTHING for the actual colors and attention to detail you are putting into the sled. Really nice build!

I look forward to seeing the copper color for the other sled build you're doing!

Offroad Engineering, he ran a dedicated heat exchanger to supply the intercooler. It consists of a heat exchanger at the very tail of the tunnel that runs up to the clutch side of bulkhead with aluminum tubing. It looks to me like it should be pretty effective.

I just got the other sled today it looks sick its like a red orange and copper color you got to check it out I'm gonna start its thread tomorrow under the m series

offroad engineering; I used a separate cooler in the back of the tunnel close to the mud flap. If i taped in to the sleds cooling system it would actually be heating the W2A not good.

fuel system

Now i finished the wiring and the fuel system. It took a while trying to make everything compact and out of the way also having to make all the wires move with the new adjustable handlebar risers.

my friend mentioned that i didn't address what i was putting on the sled so here it is

I have a 1200 D&D big bore with a boondocker turbo system slightly modified with a 35/82 garret turbo. the sled is a 2007 with the extra wide front end and the 2009 M skid and rear bumper.

Hi everyone this is Troy. Looking good Michael. Whats up with the crappy paint job on the motor. What shotty paint shop did that work. Looks like they moved a bunch of crap out of the way and painted it in the garage.

I normally see Around 95-MPH it relay depends on what gearing and boost I'm running though i could get allot more but thats enough for my area.

i would keep this pump off the 12V circuit for the fuel pump, just a thought

95MPH track speed?, you need to gear down;)

What track will you be using, 174? What about fuel at higher boost. Is there any places in you're area to buy a drum or two of race fuel.
