little help

07 phazer mcx turbo, = sled from hell. Since my kid has owned thiis machine it has self started and took off into the bushes hitting a tree and tearing the track and suspension to shreds. After thousands in repairs it ran about 15 minutes and the motor quit working. Turned out to be the driven gear broke and jammed in the stator. Pulled motor rebuilt ,new stator etc. Put back together, went for a ride, 10 minutes later wiring shorted and caught fire.

So i have found most of the parts but am in need of an old stator to get the wiring from,so is anyone has a dead one laying around and will sell me the harness it would really make my day.

sorry to hear about your luck. sled almost sounds cursed. I have a buddy that might have one, ill check on it for you and let ya know. Hope things get better for you

Well hopefully what they say is true about things happening in 3's
Its riot when its running, hangs right in with our 800 summit which weighs alot less. Thanks for taking a look hopefully your buddy can find one. Stupidly when i got the new one i kept the old one up till about 3 weeks ago. Just cant throw anything away,never know what you might need.

cant help you with the parts but I can tell you that those sleds are a hoot when they run. We had one with a head shim @12 pounds on pump gas and it would run right next to and more often then not ahead of a good running 800 of the other 3 brands. I did swap the factory track to a 151 challenger that I had from a previous sled and it worked WAY better than the OEM one. Wish I had never sold that sled right now. Hang in there! It will be well worth it!
