Here is a quick review of this product....IT IS AWESOME!! Anyone with a mechanical reverse sled (07/08) NEEDS to have a look at this. I could care less about the weight savings, its the flakey servo motor that I couldn't wait to get rid of. This lever looks good, the installation instructions are easy to follow, it retains the reverse indicator and beeper functionality and it ensures you are FULLY in gear. Here is a quick video of how positive the shift detent is and a couple pics from the installation.
