Love my sled but this weekend I got pulled pretty badly by an 800 edge pollaris that was stock. My sled will get him out of the hole but up a hill and after 35 miles an hour its all over. I have slp pistons, slightly shaved head, can, 16 w 151 track with big wheel. Stock jets. Clutch was just setup with a heal clicker kit but I think my problem lies in the clutch. I don't feel like the machine is using all its power after about 4 seconds. Its also hitting 8500 to 9000 on the tac. I have 19 43 gears. Stock, should I try 20 or 21 top gear or should I adjust the clutch. I'm pretty happy with the sled other than feeling like I can more power to the track or more track speed. The snow conditions had good hookup and the polaris had a 144 15w track. We raced up a 100 foot fairly step hill and by the time we got to the top he was at least a sled length ahead of me. I wouldn't really care if it was close. I think this is also why on some of my climbs I don't feel like the sled it getting up on top and pulling like it should.
Any help would be apprecaited. I'm 230lbs the guy I raced was 175lbs. I think this made a little bit of the diffrence but not a full sled length.
