for those asking about my sled under the ice. it just so happend we were watching the radar runs on the lake that day and decided to take a blast up the river. luckly my uncle was at the radar runs with his arctic cat prowler with tracks and 1" picks and a warn 3500 winch. they also had an emergency dive suit on hand. on went the suit and we were able to lasso the handle bars. it was 6 feet down to the bars. then several guys lifted and pulled and got a ski to pop above surface. then we put the winch through the ski loop and pulled the skis up onto the ice then between the prowler and some muscle we worked it up onto solid ice inch by inch. that happened around 9am and by 2pm i had her running and made the last radar run of the day. thank god we werent out in the middle of nowhere with no help!
