i would like to drop my knee on that rail edge-not! I can see stitches in the near future if i had anything like that edge.lol
I know weight savings is key and i don't want to rattle anyones cage. But IMO a seat helps you off road, you can kinda squeeze it with your knees to hold on better. Removing your seat is going to put all the pressure on your ankles, which may kinda suck in the long run. Just my opinion.
Although with that said I have always thought it would be cool to have a dirt bike on my sled.
Gary I think you may need your seat more than you think.( remember this in McCall, bout 10ft from the road?)
I supose that pic is fair game but in my defense the sled boged when I stabed the throttle and well I got stuck. I just hope you don't have a pic of me about 3 minutes after that when I tried to do a donut in the road and ended up in a tree well cause I don't have a good excuse for that one. Even though its a bad pic it gets me excited for the snow to fly.
I used some 1/16'' thick plastic sheeting that I bought from a plastic company in Missouls ,Mt. Then I pop riveted it to the frame and glued the vynal to the plastic.what kind of material did you wrap the frame with? GIVEMEABOOST looks saweet!
