this was my hunting buggy..is all tube chassis/rollcage, all aluminum interior and bed, power is a zz502 injected BB, runs 1 ton axles, has 4 link suspension frt and rear with dash adjustable airbags and rancho 9000"s 14" travel...rides on 44" swamper boggers...sold it to a friend a few years ago...have a new project for someday...pretty much a go anywhere rig...was alot of fun

A work in progress. It's locked front and rear right now(ARB & detroit) and does great but still needs the Cummins swap, lowered, cut fenders, larger tires, bead locks, Warn 15000 ect...

1988 Bronco II approaching 300K miles on the 88 odometer

Specs:
1997 Mercury 5.0L GT-40p drivetrain with computer controlled 4r70w auto transmission and BW 1354 e shift transfer case
5" custom long travel suspension (custom TTB beams/axleshafts/lift)
4.10 Yukon gears
ARB lockers front and rear
35x12.5" MT Baja MTZ
Duff bumpers
Leather interior with heated seats
Dana 35 TTB front Ford 8.8 31 spline rear
4 wheel disc brakes
custom everything, built 98% by me with help from online friends and real world friends

This has been my project and wheeling rig for almost 15 years now, she retired as my daily driver in 06 when I built a 96 5.0L Explorer to take over towing and daily driving duties.

This spring the BII is getting a live front axle (4 link long arm dana 44) and a full interior cage, as well as an atlas II transfer case for tractor style low range 4x4....have to keep up with the big dawgs I wheel with from Explorer4x4.com

300 HP in a BII on 35's = FUN FUN FUN

Also my girl has an 07 Toyota FJ we installed a Toytec 3" lift and it sits on 33" Goodyear MTR's

My 96 Explorer 5.0L has also been converted to a true 4x4 (with manual t case from 97 F-150) sits on a 2" suspension and 3" body lift on 33" tires

LOL I've got about $40K in my BII but thats because I had to learn how to build it as I drove it daily for 13 years, I am on my 4th engine and 6th transmission....this time I got it right!

I could duplicate my truck for about $10K +/-, she will go anywhere I can fit her...which is why I need a full cage too many close calls...

Nice rigs everyone, yes even the Jeeps LOL
