Legend Oil

Just ordered yet another years supply of the best oil on the market. Legend 2-stroke oil is everything you want your oil to be. Lubricates and is 100% combustable. If you haven't tried it talk to Mark at Legend! Best stuff out there, wouldn't run any other oil.

its comparable in price to everything else thats out there. If you get some buddies to go in and buy in bulk it gets even to be a better deal! In Colorado the dealer is far away from me so i typically order through Mark at legend. Email from his website and just tell him what you need and he will hook you up!

I'll get flamed but oh well...

When I was building my first mod sled I was having motor work done at one of the most reputable builders at the time and they still are. I brough up the topic of oil with the owner of the company and he laughed. He said he and a couple of the people there were running the high dollar synthetic the previous winter but one of the workers used the plain jane TC-W3. They all tore their engines down and the TC-W3 motor had the same wear as the rest but all the metal looked much cleaner, shinier or untarnished (I'm not talking the top of pistions). I found this shocking and hard to believe. He said it was noticable enough that he quite buying high dollar oil for himself. I havent used high dollar oil since and I have never had any problems. I put a little extra oil in the tank and turn up the pump a bit for cheap insurance but I see most that are running the high dollar oil also do this.

I just thought I would throw this out there.

Mntmaster, I have also seen and heard the same thing from 3 separate engine builders which Indy Dan has stated on the 4M here multiple times as well.

End of the day, it's basically all the same stuff. Seems everyone on here all run different brands of oils and nobody has issues with any of them. These are the most ridiculous threads. "this oil is the best"! BS, they are all good. Pick one that makes you feel good and run it.

I was a Legend oil dealer and have purchased a new business and have no time to sell oil. I have four cases left to sell.
3 cases of ZX2R $150 shipped in the continental US
1 case of ZX2SR $150 shipped in the continental US

If it wasn't for exhaust valves I would run the cheap oil too. I think it does a better job lubricating and protecting the metals. But I'm lazy and don't want to take out my valves every 500 mi. To clean them. So I run legends. Haven't cleaned my valves in over 3, 000 mi.

Replacing a leaking intake gasket on an old farm truck.
Look what 25 yrs of conventional oil does. It gums up everything!
I bet u will never see an engine ran with synthetic gum up like that!

Your comparing a 4 stroke to a 2 stoke not even close to the same.

Y is it that when snowmobiles started using exhaust valves manufacturers said to use synthetic or synthetic blend because u will gum up ur exhaust valves?
