Ten of us are headed to leavenworth in two weeks for 5 days of riding. any ideas on areas to include, (or avoid)? how about restaurants or watering holes? thanx

lake wenatchee area or even blewitt pass area any where is good arond leavenworth,for watering holes there;s the post office,ducks and drakes,the dragonfly are all ok
^^^ agreed all areas are pretty good right now, everything seems to be gettin hammered this year with good depth. And those are some good watering holes, especially ducks and drakes
Head out of Leavenworth toward Plain. In a few miles, take a right on "Eagle Valley" Rd....Go less than a mile, unload and take off following the ridge, past the fire lookout, up to SugarLoaf and drop down to the Fish Lake area......Great views from that ridge...
The snow park is actually about 6 miles up Eagle Creek

WALKER CANYON is about a mile up, on the left, you can get to sugarloaf from there but really, there is no place to park, figure on going up to the snow park as suggested, its is 5.5 miles up the road, can't miss it, its the end of the road..go early if on the weekend to get a good place to park, its a bit of a cluster, sled deck would be good for late arrival
and...Its called Eagle Creek Road, go up the chumstick a mile or so, and its on the right
lots of watering holes in Leavenworth, especially if you are staying near town, you can stumble to many of them
