lean issue wot

i have a 2011 pro with a 11 silber kit. i have had it for almost a year, ran great, and on the way back to the truck i got this issue. it idles and runs fine going down the trail but if i decide to give it some throttle it leans out after a second or so in the throttle, stutters then i lose all power, and get stuck. the afr gauge will read 17 then go to ---. i've checked for leaks, tps voltage is 5.18 and system voltage was 15 or so at idle. it happens at the house and when im up in the mountains. i've never seen the det light or noticed it over reving. running 100 av and around 8psi at around 6000ft.ive tried increasing all the setting except for red/blue which i turned down, still didn't help just really rich on the bottom end. ive been told to try the attitude 3.2 box instead of the 3.5 i have. any ideas would be helpful. thanks

Sounds like it's not getting the boost signal. You should be seeing red/ blue on the box when WOT. If the blue is not there, there is no boost signal.

I'm thinking the same. Check you boost line from the intake to the attitude box for any small leaks or kinks ect... what you have for fuel pressure?

Ok this makes no sense.....getting stuck on the trail? Are you in boost yet or are you cruising on the trail right before boost?

tps voltage is 5.18
I think you are measuring the input voltage, not the signal voltage. The signal voltage to the ECU will be the center wire on the sensor. With the sled powered or run at idle the voltage on the center should be .940 Volts DC.

An attitude is only going to make your rich issue worse. The 3.5 is removing fuel from the stock map. Where the 3.25 is only adding fuel. Sounds like your yellow mode isn't adjusted right for rider your riding style.

Reading what he put mine did the exact same type thing and I had a small hole in boost line to the attitude box. The attitude had enough room to add enough fuel to cover up the lean spots up to wot at full boost. Trust me if you keep running it like this you are gona need a rebuild. (I'm puttin pistons in mine this weekend because of this...90 psi on one side after weekend with same issue)

Thanks guys I did have around .93 volts dc I do remeber that. The kit didn't come with a fuel.pressure regulator or a gauge. i wasnt paying attention to see if red and blue was coming on. I would get stuck if I was doing a deep powder turn or some sidehilling. I would have power for a few seconds then cut out and almost throw me over the bars. I'll check the hose coming from the throttle body up to the solenoid and to the control box. That makes sense. The y mode I.had at 3.5 and it was runnin awesome then this problem happened I tried turning it up all the way and down all the way no.success.thanks again what pistons are u going with?I just ordered the forged wisecos I too had 90 on both cylinders

i just checked those lines and now kinks or holes. i have noticed my boost gauge would jump back and forth from zero to 5 on the vaccum side. i took the line off and you could tell it was sucking air in. also on the hose going to the controll box it was also sucking air in. is that normal. i read on here if you take the hose off the controll box and blow into it it will flood the engine. my didn''t. idle and afr stayed the same
