Latest Reputation Recieved???????

I went into my control panel this afternoon, and "Latest Reputation Recieved" is popped up. I have two with no comments or at least that is how it appears. Plus it says I have 46 points. Is that bad, can someone explains this to me???

Plus I couldnt even find how to do that to someone else...

to give reputation you click on the scale looking thing in the top right of the persons post you want to give it to. reputation is a good thing used to identify good or bad posts. maybe you have noticed the little green 'pip' that is located under your post count which you now have 2 of You may have also noticed that they can become red 'pips' like on other people's such as snowhawkaddict's.
