First of all get a life and quit stirring Sht up !!!! I never !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!said that a local cut down a tree TRUTH be known it was someone from out of state. Diane, couple of questions, how did you come across this thread? How do you know it was an "out of stater"? What did you hit???

wrong wrong wrong!!!!so I had a very interesting dinner tonight....we are out here in snowies staying in centennial and loan behold the Lady Bartender told us the cool story of her local friend {as in centennial local} Cody on his Birthday few weeks back went for a midnight sled ride with his friend....they cut a tree down at lake Marie to stay warm when they where having a few brews to toast his birthday........so there ya have it.....not a flatlander not a newbie, A LOCAL!!!!!!:faint:

Ha Ha Ha LOL

WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!!!!!:faint:
I will still make that bet it was some out of state punks.

P.S. when is the French Creek ride, or did I miss it?

I know of a good tree to cut down and have some Beers around.

FWIW, Why does nobody out here raise a stink about downhill skiers stripping entire mountainsides bald?? A guy presumably on a snowmobile cuts ONE dead tree and it's oh crap time, but entire mountainsides have been cut for skiing...

Not saying it was right, just that you can't stop everything, and this one isn't worth talking about anymore.
C

I've often wondered the same thing about ski resorts. Maybe they were all made before the greenies got so active?

It doesn't matter one bit whether it was an in-stater or out-of-stater!!! We're all snowmobilers and that makes us the same. yes, there are a few bad apples in every sport but we need to do everything we can to keep one of the most "free" sports open for years to come. Pack it in, pack it out!

sorry Diane but now that myself and our sleds are on the way home and not the only trailer sitting in town.....you told us that story no twisting it around on my part word for word out of your mouth......nice job on blaming out-towners and yes you remember the part where you told us you hit said stump and got bruised up??I dont care what you do to the NATIONAL forest but to blame us out-state people is a little shallow I read your post to the other 5 guys who where sitting there seems they remeber it just the way I posted it.......

I thought that "What's said in the bar stays in the bar".

It does reflect poorly upon all of us sledders when the snow melts off and uncovers a nice pile of ash.
