any bets Fordman will answer soon and tell you he's done it back in about 1990 on a yammi exciter?
Haven't myself, but seen it a few times. Once, as early as 2001, a guy most of us here know did it on his 700 Ski-Doo "Hy-Mark".......He got suck in the most narrow space, opened the throttle and buried himself in......Several of us watching at the bottom, but no way to go up, park and give him a hand. He had to shovel out and turn around.....
Dang i couldn't imagine being stuck up there lol. The reason I asked is because me and my brother finally got the nerve up to take a stab at the top. Of course the snow was pretty hard and the weather permitted. We made it with no problems. But the reason I have always wanted to climb it was because my old man climbed out on his zr600 in like 1999. But yeah Fordman said he got her done awhile back. Theres only a small number of big climbs in the Kittitas county area. Anyone know of any others?

Ya, I climbed out the top on my 440 SRX, back in 1990. and my dad did it on his 433 yam back in 1984.
4 years ago on my big bore, I made it twice and then did not make it the last time, Jason from Pierres was with me it was a yard sale I had to ride out with a screwdriver for a handle bar in mid april....ouch.

Hillboy we could throw our sleds on the marooka and head up Its a slow ride but heck if we leave early enough we should have enough time for a good day. I wish I would have been old enough to try and climb out with a sled like a srx or old school phazer when they were the latest and greatest, that would have been a fun ride Is sledding up that way done this year? I wanted to get my last ride in next weekend. Is that a possibility?

Fish lake road needs to be plowed by someone with a truck plow v blade. Busy the next couple weekends but might make a midweek run if teanaway is starting to melt.
Shoot sounds likea great day. I should have called you and hooked up for that friday ride... Although my greenwater ride wa awesome on Friday, must have been the sun...
yep you should have it was a great ride. I just have one more piece to the puzzel to make the loop. Did this 9 years ago on the scatter creek hogsback and now that one is a freeway this one will not be as easy

Looping into French? I thought that was a fiarly well known loop as well (well among the locals)... I did it a few years ago, fun stuff back in there! Saw pics from your ride over on the LR, figured you guys were in Cooper! Wish I were still out riding -dern Ski-doo and their crappy single ply track!

Oh and on climbing up outta Ann.... I just don't know that I would ever want to!! Seems like i NEVER see that snow over there anything but ROCK HARD! Whoever said it is right, there are better pulls and they aren't rock hard! (not that doing that wouldn't be ballsy and bad arse! the carnage factor there with the had snow and the rocks definitely steps it up a notch!)
We have been looping into french for years it is the way back to french that should be the fun part.... nothing to do with the first route.
In these conditions shouldn't be a problem, a few months ago and it was a challenge for sure!
done both ends of the return just need to leave enough daylight to do the full route and some deep pow would make it much more fun and not so slippery
