Put a Kmod and raptors on my sled this year was just curious what would work good for my weight ... im 5 8 , 170 pounds ... clickers our currentley set as such, Front Shocks are at 5 clicks from the softest setting and the rear track shocks are set at 3 and 7 from the softest setting... how does that sound ?

Did you buy it brand new from Kevin?

If so, I am fairly certain he set it up for you before he sent it out. I would recommend trying it as is, then give him a call if you would like it to perform better/different.

You will love it, great skid and shock package! It should work great wih the recommended starting point, then mess with the clickers and springs to find what works best for you.

hey

I sure hope so Paul, sure looks nice cant wait to try it , I set the springs to where he said to aswell .. never really dialed in a suspension set up before so its going to be a learning curve that's for sure

I have the same set up on a 2013, 155. You will love these shocks and skid...absolutely amazing. I'd start with Kevins and Jakes recommended clicker setting and preloads and go from there. Depending on how the front shocks are valved and how aggressive you are will drive the front clicker settings. But 5 is good to start. Jakes shocks last year were valved a bit stiffer so I ended up running at 0 - 5 clicks depending on how big the woops are.

The rear skid set up follow Kevins recommendations based on your weight. If you have any concerns after riding it I recommend calling Kevin, he will help you get it dialed perfect if it isnt already.

This package is unbelievable - enjoy!

G2R Kmod

Hey guys thought I would add a little here as far as setup of the G2R Kmod skid. The best thing to do is always start with our baseline setup. This will give you a frame of reference and most likely get you within 15% of where you will ride this skid most days. One of the main reasons why we’re adamant about starting here is it helps us understand what you may be experiencing in the event that you have questions with the ride quality. Then based on your feedback it will help us point you in a direction as to what you might want to adjust next to enhance the experience. Kevin and I work very close on these packages and I’ve had at least six of these skids in various shop sleds of my own and the package works very well so in the event that you have setup questions please let Kevin or I know we would be glad to talk you through it. Anyways we appreciate your business and hope to hear some feedback on your new kit!! Thank again, Jake
