Klim warranty - good experience

Ive been pretty vocal about how unhappy I am with Klim in the past. I bought Klim gear head to toe about 4 years ago. The boots lasted about half a season before the bottoms disintegrated. Tried to get them warrantied but they told me to piss off. Needless to say I wasnt happy after spending 2k on their stuff.

Long story short, my parka and bibs started getting really wet last year. I bought the revivex and followed the instructions. Gear was good again for a ride or two. Last ride out I came back soaking wet. I talked to Klim USA and explained. They asked me to send my stuff in. Just got my BRAND NEW coat and bibs in the mail this morning. Customer service was unreal this time. My old bibs had a tiny little rip on the one knee. It didnt have anything to do with why I sent them in, but Ive heard that they will deny the complete claim because of something small like this.

So yeah......I thought that since ive been really vocal about my bad experience, I might as well do the same after having an awesome experience with them.

Thanks Klim!

We've all heard that they are pretty good on bibs and coats. They just don't have a good track record on gloves or boots.

Good Luck so far

I bought a new pair of Bibs at the Denver snow show this year. About the 4th ride out, working on the sled and burned about 6 holes in the knee. Called their service line and sent them in. It is going to cost me a $100 to have them repaired, but by having them do it they tell me the warranty will be kept intact.
Their customer service was very professional.

Just my dumb a$$ moment/story!!! :o

Yeah, thats what Ive kind of noticed in all of the posts Ive read on here. They really stand behind the coats and bibs, but not much else.

Either way Im really happy with the new gear. The new jackets are way nicer. Just a little bit shorter than my old one which I like.
