Klim jacket sizing

The website gives some numbers, but no good idea of where to take the measurements...
I found some great deals on Tomahawk jackets but I'm not sure if I should order medium or large. I'm 6'2" with long arms.

6'0'', large tomahawk. Fits great with (and without) a tekvest underneath.

Same with the freakish long arms. There's little wrist gaiters that keep the sleeves down and the snow out when you're riding.

I always up size on the jacket as I wear a tekvest. I can get away in standard sizing without the armour but with armour, I must go one larger.
Awesome gear BTW:beer;

I'm 6', 185lb and have a size large Valdez Jacket that I wear over a medium TekVest. XL was too big in the body for me. I have fairly long arms as well and the arm length in the large is fine for me. Great gear, you will not be disappointed...

Yea, that's a damn good deal.

Another option would be to hit a snow show coming up and try one on. They have tekvests there too for size.

I'm trying to convince my wife I need an early Christmas present so I have a decent riding jacket this winter. $170 for a non-current model Klim jacket is a screaming deal, I know this... just need to convince her now :D

Just simply let her know that if there ever was a situation where you had to spend the night out in the cold, staying dry can save your life and its worth the investment into paying a bit extra to make sure you do stay dry.

I got an XL valdez jacket last winter. I'm 6'2" and 170. Large seemed a bit tight, especially when adding layers, bibs, beacon, radio, vest, etc underneath. If you have the chance, try on before purchasing.
