i have had trouble with boots, helmet, and parka and not one of them were warrantied.and all of it was less than a yr old. i have heard how people love them but i do not see it.

not in the so distant past the quality was high. but as the demand went up the quality went down as things go in every company. i recently bought a klim coat and have had to cut off three seam threads. thats like 10 cents of thread

my friends have it and they are happy. i have a coat i have had for a few yrs. and it is fine not great but still keeping me dry. but i got the helmet last yr and junk, boots and jacket this yr junk. imo
So if M7John has an opinion about Klim that differs he shouldn't post? Maybe if Klim would take care of him, this post wouldn't be here.
Maybe you could provide some input on why you think it's junk. And, what was the situation on why your warranty was denied.
One guy posted klim didn't warranty his gloves b/c they had heat damage; and the guy admitted he handled his muff pott; and of course he was mad at klim...what a joke!
